Adam Balduff is originally from Sandusky, Ohio. Adam joined the U.S. Army, married his high-school sweetheart, had kids, and accepted a call as a youth pastor. He became a high school history teacher and moved to Georgia. There, Jesus called him to a Walk to Emmaus. Subsequently, he was licensed as a United Methodist local Pastor. In 2018 he became a missionary serving vulnerable and orphaned children in Mexico. In 2021, he went back to the classroom in the U.S. for two years, but felt a call back into mission and ministry that led him to serve with AMOS. Adam is the Missions and Donor Relations Associate for AMOS and is based in the U.S.
AMOS Health and Hope reduces health inequities in Managua, Nicaragua by empowering local leadership to prevent disease and save lives. AMOS is dedicated to reducing preventable deaths and improving the health and well-being of people who suffer from the unjust conditions of extreme poverty.
Austin Samaritans is the primary financial supporter of two AMOS programs, Clínica Villa Guadalupe (CVG) and El Samaritano Dental Clinic. Without the support of Austin Samaritans, the clinics would close. Austin Samaritans also provides support to Clínica El Samaritano, which is operated by AMOS.
